Roaring Fork Tax & Accounting ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RFTA Accounting Client Transactions application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information accessed through the App.

What the App Does

The App connects to QuickBooks Online on behalf of our accounting clients to retrieve financial transaction reports. It is used exclusively by Roaring Fork Tax & Accounting staff for the purpose of providing accounting and tax services to our clients.

Information We Access

The App accesses QuickBooks Online company data, including transaction records, account names, and related financial details, solely for the purpose of generating reports needed to perform our accounting and tax services.

How We Use Information

Information retrieved through the App is used exclusively to provide accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services to our clients. We do not sell, share, or distribute client financial data to any third parties.

Third-Party Services

The App connects to Intuit's QuickBooks Online API to retrieve data. Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's own privacy policy and terms of service.
