RFTA Accounting Client Transactions — End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the RFTA Accounting Client Transactions application (the "App") developed and operated by Roaring Fork Tax & Accounting ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Authorized Use

The App is an internal tool used exclusively by authorized staff of Roaring Fork Tax & Accounting. It is not available for public download, distribution, or use by any external party.

2. Purpose

The App connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API to retrieve client financial data for the sole purpose of providing professional accounting and tax services.

3. Access and Authorization

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the App, the account holder authorizes Roaring Fork Tax & Accounting to access and retrieve financial transaction data from that company for the purposes described above.

4. Data Handling

All data accessed through the App is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards governing the confidentiality of client information.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" for internal use. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roaring Fork Tax & Accounting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
